Sexual Trauma Therapy

What to Expect

Sexual trauma doesn’t just live in memory. It lives in the body, in how you trust, and in how you experience touch, desire, and connection. This is a space to slow down, feel safe in your body again, and reclaim your sexuality on your own terms.

❋ Safety First, At Your Pace

You never have to share details before you’re ready, and sometimes you never have to share them at all. We start by building safety in your body and nervous system, then gently work with what trauma left behind.

❋ Healing That Reaches the Body

Dissociation, numbness, or panic during intimacy are your nervous system trying to protect you. Together we’ll help your body learn it’s safe now, so closeness and pleasure can feel like yours again.

❋ Your Sexuality Is Not the Problem

Too many survivors are told their kinks, relationship structure, or identity must be a “trauma response.” I don’t work that way. We’ll get curious about what feels like yours and what feels like the old wound, without judgment either way.

❋ Affirming Support for All Survivors

Childhood sexual abuse, assault, coercion, or boundary violations: whatever brought you here, you’re welcome. LGBTQ+, BIPOC, kink, and non-monogamy affirming. Telehealth across California and Idaho.
