Non-Monogamy, Relationship & Sexual Trauma Therapy in California and Idaho
You Deserve Relationships That Feel Safe,
and a Therapist Who Gets Them.
Whether you're opening a relationship, navigating a polycule, or trying to make non-monogamy work without sacrificing your peace, relationships can get complicated. Maybe you're in a monogamous relationship stuck in the same painful cycles, or old trauma keeps showing up in how you love, trust, and protect yourself. Either way, you're tired of explaining your life to people who don't understand it.
I’m Kaycie Crossley, LMFT. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules navigating non-monogamy, attachment wounds, jealousy, conflict, and the long shadow of sexual trauma. My clients are often the steady ones: the over-functioners, the over-givers, the ones holding everything together. They come to me ready to stop performing strength and start feeling grounded.
Together, we’ll untangle what’s been running the show, whether that’s old survival patterns, anxious attachment, or relationship dynamics that no longer fit. We’ll work toward a steadier nervous system, clearer communication, and connections that actually feel secure, whatever shape they take.
LGBTQ+, BIPOC, kink, and sex-positive affirming. Telehealth across California and Idaho.
Therapy Designed for the Real You
For Non-Monogamous & Polyamorous Folks
Whether you’re just opening up or years into ENM, you deserve support that doesn’t treat your relationships as the problem. We’ll work through jealousy, boundaries, agreements, and hierarchy, plus the hard feelings that come up even when you’re doing everything “right.”
For Couples Stuck in the Same Fight
When every conversation turns into the same argument, everyone ends up feeling alone. Together, we’ll slow down the cycle, repair ruptures, and build communication that brings you closer, so each person feels seen, heard, and secure.
For Survivors of Sexual Trauma
Learn to move beyond survival mode and into self-trust. We’ll untangle the patterns trauma left behind, including the ones that show up in how you love, and build the nervous-system safety that lets you feel grounded in your body and your life again.
For Those Healing Trauma & Attachment Wounds
When you’re afraid of being left, shut down during conflict, or lose yourself trying to keep others happy, relationships can feel exhausting. We’ll explore where those patterns began, make room for your needs, and help you feel more secure in yourself and your connections.
